You can't say anymore you're trying to split personal and business expenses because you already have 2 cards.
I had one from a year ago and applied for two more. One approved, one declined. When asked why I needed two new cards I said "to split up business and personal expenses." They were fine with that. So, I think empirically I have shown your statement to be false.
