At the European Hiltons, if you ask for a fried egg / poached egg/ soft boiled egg or any other variety they dont have at the breakfast buffet, they will be happy to provide it to you without an additional charge. Same thing for non-standard coffees (e.g. cappucino). Never asked for waffles though.
