I just received my Citibank HH Reserve Card. I also have the Amex Surpass. So far, I have spent $25,000 on my Amex Surpass and I will have no problems spending more than $40,000 by 31 Dec. My yearly expenses on my credit card is more than $40,000 per year and mainly outside US.

All expenses are spent outside US. Thus, I get charged a foreign transaction fees by Amex. I want to charge my overseas expenses to Citibank HH Reserve which does not have foreign transaction fees.

Question: Is there any way to "transfer" the $25,000 spent-to-date in Amex Surpass to Citibank HH Reserve card so that I only need another $15,000 with Citibank to renew my HH Diamond?
