JFK has both business class check in and a first/business/VIP line at security. The security line just gets you to the TSA folks faster -- it's not dedicated in the sense of having its own scanner, etc. I've never been sure what they mean by "VIP", except that even when I fly economy I use the line and they never object (as SEN).
