That's exactly right! There are NO bad rooms at PHV none and I have stayed there plenty of times and will return again this Feb.
If you look at the floor layout you will notice a few of the rooms in the corners have only a single window. I wouldn't go as far as saying these were bad rooms but they certainly wouldn't be my first choice.
