My wife is stuck in ORD due to the weather and she missed her connection to PDX. She's on UAL518 that gets in at 7:45pm but we're trying to get her an earlier option. I'm seeing UAL655 and she's trying to get that at ORD. She's working with CS reps in ORD, but is there anything I can do to help? She has NO idea how this type of stuff works so I'm trying to help the best I can or else I'm fired . Thanks for any suggestions
