Although your intentions are honorbale, I suspect this would just cause more problems for the invidual than any benefit it may bring to them. There are enough creepers flying out there that crew have to politely deal with - no need to encourage a creeper to become a stalker.
As others have stated, the comments provided on the AC website do make it to the individual.
