They definetly get to them. I have had a couple of occassions where the SD thanked me for the e-mail when I saw them on a future flight. My name gets blacked out in the version they get but they remembered the flight and the conversation we had since I was in row 1 and they knew I wrote it. I have a few personal favorites on AC and Jazz as well.
