You need more employees with her dedication and good nature.
I have had varying degrees of service from inflight crews and SDs. I would suggest that all were at least good,many very good to outstanding.

The one FA that stands out the most this year was on a United flight between Green Bay and Chicago. She loved her job and it showed^. Bt comparison , the worst FA this year was the one from Chicago to Green Bay on American. The guy could care less about anyone
