the Service Director today ( I believe her name was M. Exxxxxx), was simply
outstanding. She greeted almost every passenger by name, in their native
language, and made a welcoming comment or joke. She ensured correct
stowage of hand luggage in J cabin.
Always smiling and efficient.
I had been in a foul mood with missed wake-up call, and late departure of this
flight, she soon put me in a pleasant mood.
You need more employees with her dedication and good nature.
I have had varying degrees of service from inflight crews and SDs. I would suggest that all were at least good,many very good to outstanding.
The one FA that stands out the most this year was on a United flight

between Green Bay and Chicago. She loved her job and it showed^. Bt comparison , the worst FA this year was the one from Chicago to Green Bay on American. The guy could care less about anyone
