I'm at the David IC Tel Aviv now in an exec. room ($460/nt) booked through a Virtuoso agent.
I wasn't offered any room upgrades. They gave us $85 in hotel credit towards food/beverages/services, complimentary wi-fi (outrageous that they would even normally charge for Internet use!) and I was told at check-in that they were supposed to deliver some exclusive care products, but as it was a last minute booking, those haven't arrived yet. That was yesterday aft, so I might say something.
Am I not entitled to a room upgrade at this property as well, and should I inquire about it with the front desk today?
