Just completed a one-night stay here. My perspective:

Booked an executive club level room for cash. No access to lounge as prior posters have noted though. No upgrade for me as Gold.

Pro:

- my room in the 20th floor has a fantastic view over Mumbai, the window rest doubles as a sofa - I really like these kind of setups and watched the Mumbai madness for hours

- nicely equipped gym with good location

- sauna, steam bath and hot tub are complimentary - area is small but does the job well

- fantastic (though pricey) Indian food at Kebab & Kurries

- excellent breakfast with perfect service

- Internet amenity was 2 Mbit Internet which is pretty fast though

- building is a great mix of old and new and has plenty of character

- service overall was really great- very attentive but never annoying (I often have that feeling in India)


Con:

- location is kinda random in the Mumbai urban jungle, it's a safe neighborhood but not much around without a 20 min taxi drive

- no one had ever heard of the 15% SPG Dining Discount, took 20 minutes to convince them to apply that to my bill

This was a great stay - really impressed by the service level here. It felt like the Singapore Airlines of hotels
