I would think this service (while expensive) may be very valuable for 1st time visitors, they can get a "lay of the land" and learn how things work from the guide....if you can get 2 or 3 families together, the cost per person will obviously decrease....

Was there any tipping allowed?, or other costs over the per hour charge?
