While allergies aren't an officially protected disability (yet), the spirit seems similar. Or should it be treated the same as special workout rooms (Westin, for example), while would mean a distinct category and slightly higher prices for the privilege? AFAIK these rooms are available as elite upgrades when they're available upon checkin, although I suspect they don't get preassigned as upgrades very often.
