Welcome to FT.
I think you'll be best served by the Chase Business Ink Bold or the Chase Ink Plus (basically the same card, except you have to pay the Bold off every month, while the Plus is a charge card).
You'll earn 50,000 Ultimate Rewards points when you spend $10,000 in 3 months, which sounds like it won't be a problem for you.
Plus, they give you 5X points for office supply spend, Internet spend, TV spend and cable spend. Then 2X on gas and hotels.
You can transfer Ultimate Rewards points into United, Southwest, British Airways and Korean Air, as well into Hyatt, Marriott and Intercontinental Hotels. Or you can use it to buy travel outright and they'll give you a 25% bonus (in other words, 50,000 points will get you $625 in travel). The consensus is generally that transferring to United and Hyatt are the best ways to use those points, but it really depends on your situation. Both cards are first year free, then $95 afterwards.
Keep in mind - you can get one of those business cards and when the fee becomes due, get the other card. You'll get that 50k bonus all over again.
