There will not be the usual "hen party" atmosphere with cackling, idle gossip and laughing from the FAs in the galley that you'll get on their competitors on the same route.
ANA actually value their premium customers, and thus do much better financially than their competitors.

Actually I'd say it's more of a cultural difference -- Japanese people tend to have a much stronger sense of shame than Americans do. Certainly doesn't make a difference whether you are in F, C or Y, as the attendants will take their idle conversation to the crew rest area regardless.

All very true. ANA is much better than UA on this and any route, some of the sUA flight attendants behavior is atrocious.
