Were you (or other members reading this) charged extra to stay in a "pure" room?

While checking into the Sheraton Philly this evening, I was informed that it would be $20 additional per night irregardless of status.

Not sure if this par for the course but wanted to check with the group.

I love the concept. It seems much thought was put into it - removing allergens of all sorts.

I wonder if the standard for a Pure room is to actually have down pillows and a down comforter. They were both in my room - the pillows were in a special pillow cover, but the comforter was "as is", simply sandwiched between sheets. Down items are the worst offenders to my allergies.

Wondering what others think.
