Got the smallest room, as per the floor plan behind the room door. It was also next to the ice machine. My request for lake view was not honored either.

Breakfast was so so, with an average buffet. (I actually much prefered the cooked-to-order breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Mag Mile instead of this hotel!)
