Thanks. I'll call up before booking anything to find out what the situation is. On reflection I am thinking it should be possible because people often book or redeem and then add an infant once it has been born. The only difference is that the infant is already born and already flown lots and developed a penchant for removing everything from the seat back pocket and ready the inflight magazines.
