I just sent this email to Customer Service, I hope others get to experience
this wonderful lady. I hope she reads this:

Flight 502 ORD-YYZ Aug 15

the Service Director today ( I believe her name was M. Exxxxxx), was simply
outstanding. She greeted almost every passenger by name, in their native
language, and made a welcoming comment or joke. She ensured correct
stowage of hand luggage in J cabin.
Always smiling and efficient.
I had been in a foul mood with missed wake-up call, and late departure of this
flight, she soon put me in a pleasant mood.
You need more employees with her dedication and good nature.
