Koh Samui, Thailand is incredible. At that time of year the weather will be better in Koh Samui vs Phuket. I think for a 10 day trip, it is certainly doable.

Amazing food, fun snorkeling, amazing fruity drinks, very affordable spa treatments, lots to do or time to just be a beach lizard
