Prestige Collection car reservation but car not available at pick up?
Hi All,

I had made a reservation for a GLK450 for 4 days but when i got to the counter they said the car was not available and gave me a QX56 instead. What is the deal with the "reserve the exact model" if they cant guarantee it?
