Can somebody please explain to my why as a BAEC GC holder, I cannot change my seat ? I have been trying to do this for two days, the seats are/were available, but after nearly 10 attempts, I keep getting the same error - which is very frustrating. I spoke to the Executive Club in Dubai to ask them to do it (I'm in Dubai at the moment), they could not. As I have logged on now to do it, I see people have taken seats I wanted, but I still cannot move due to the same bloody error - it's exceedingly frustrating
