Yuck. I'd let a Lurker know, too, so that the hotel can be "re-trained" by corporate.
The housekeeping supervisor brought the person who actually took care of the room. She could not speak a word of English. Her facial expression was like I did not do anything wrong. The housekeeping manager also came over but I insisted I talk to the GM. He was apologetic but I have a stinky feeling that they do this deliberately. I have lost trust compeltely.
I have maintained Platinum status with Starwood for the past several years and now feeling very let down
