I recently had two stays here of two nights each in the same week. Echo the two recent posters regarding the excellent staff, location, and the continental breakfast. For two guest per room, it's an easy platinum amenity choice over the points.
For both two night stays during the week I didn't get an upgrade. Can't complain over that since the hotel was fully booked for the week (which was why we had to change hotels mid-week...wasn't going to force availability at the rack rate of over 400 euro).
I'd definitely stay here again if visiting Dublin.
