I believe most vehicles are equipped with all-weather radials. I doubt you'll be able to get a vehicle equipped with snow tires (especially considering how mild last winter was) but you might be able to get snow chains if you're that concerned. (If not at an NYC location, certainly at a big station in Quebec.)
