I absolutely loved my stay at the Westin Dublin. I was there a year ago in the middle of July. We received an outstanding upgrade -- to the split level room others have described. The bedroom and large bathroom are on the "first floor" and there is a large living room up a few stairs that is open into the bedroom below. The room had a large deck (door can be opened with a call to front desk) which directly overlooks Trinity College. We absolutely loved this room -- as others have mentioned, it has so much character
The location is fantastic -- a few minutes from the airport bus stop and a short walk to the Dublin attractions, restaurants, and bars
The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience there and would really recommend it when in Dublin
