There are left luggage facilities both airside and streetside, I tend to use airside.

Upon arrival go to the transfer desk and obtain your onward BP is you're not already in possession of it. Have breakfast and a shower, drop off your bags and head through immigration.

Enjoy the day.

Come back, go through immigration again. Pick up your bag. Have a shower and dinner.....
