Booked F award but whole itinerary not in F--free change to F later if available?
I booked a one-way award flight from ORD-YYZ-COZ in business, but only the first segment is actually in business class. If I see that award availability has opened up later, can I call United to have them upgrade that segment without a fee?

Or does the $75 fee listed in this chart apply?
