Long story short return flight to LHR via ORD from SFO has gone through so many equipment changes it's not funny - spot ON inventory on the 930 - they want £250GBP to change - whilst waiting for a supervisor someone snatches ON1 - speak to CSM (she's great and ex Con) now in confirmed F !
