You won't have any trouble with noise from the galley on ANA.
Their FAs have class and are graceful.
There will not be the usual "hen party" atmosphere with cackling, idle gossip and laughing from the FAs in the galley that you'll get on their competitors on the same route.
ANA actually value their premium customers, and thus do much better financially than their competitors.
