Too hot in Oman now,
but it is OK, I had a car and driver,
some fun day trips out to various old fort-towns a few hours away..

You can buy alcohol at some "western" hotels
which have expensive pubs.
sometimes the "barman" at the pool can send someone
around with a few few black market bottles
if you find the right one.

Yes, Jerusalem is a place most should know at least once,
Eilat has good pub scene,
and Dubai is surprisingly worth the trouble, lots of pubs !!

But again, it is just too hot there now..
