That should cover at least a week in a very nice Paris hotel.

Also look at Chase Sapphire Preferred and the several varieties of INK from Chase such as Bold, Plus etc. 40-50K bonus, annual fee waived for first year.

Don't focus on the annual fees. No one says you can't cancel after the first year when fee is usually waived. And, you might even decide the fee is worth it as many have done for the SPG Amex.
