OK guyz and gals! Here we go again!

PLEEEZ go easy on Scotty! He's a very "special", well meaning guy, who LUVS to fly and LOVES Delta! He means well, but doesn't always come across the right way! I've met him - - trust me - - case closed. Nuff said.
