Ok. Getting no answer here, I figured it out myself: Platinum guests get full buffet breakfast if they choose the breakfast option as Platinum amenity. Otherwise, the buffet breakfast is 30 EUR and quite ok, but not really remarkable.

Seems to be a change since my last stay. I remember excellent eggs with truffle and other fresh cooked egg dishes, great cold cuts and even very good Wiener Schnitzel ( warm ). The honey was an eyecatcher.
