To COBDAUA's credit, they bit the bullet upfront and went with CO's superior customer facing systems. I can seamlessly book a TG award flight on UA.COM; good luck trying to redeem your pesos with VN on Delta.dumb.

Almost 5 years after the anschulss, and despite what Bob Kupbens may posit, DL's IT is still crap.
LOL..now that is just funny. No one currently using UA/CO whatever you want to call it, is calling it seamless or an improvement. It's been a major downgrade with the res cut over back in March. Even UA admits it in their earnings call that it will take time to restore functionality.
