Just left this hotel on Friday and I used to live in ROC. Dinosaur BBQ is close. Not the best food ever but very popular in ROC. Downtown is pretty dead after 5, unless there is an event going on or a concert. Sticky lips BBQ on culver is good food or Delmonicos is also a decent italian steak house Decent amount of chain restaurants if that is your thing.
The great thing about ROC is that pretty much everything is 15 minutes away. A car is pretty much a requirement.
