Looking at three nights the last week of August in Lake Tahoe. Going to chillout, do a little water stuff- swimming, sailing or kayaking maybe, and maybe one day of mountain biking. We will be coming from Yosemite so hiking maybe not as much of a priority. 2 adults, 2 girls ages 10 and 13.
Options are-
Ritz at Northstar- 239 APR for 2 Queen beds resort view + 35 dollar valet parking + (I think) a 25 dollar resort fee (mentioned on Flyertalkbut can't find this in rate rules)- does anyone know what the club upgrade fee would be at this resort for the four of us? Husband is Platinum, don't know what if any free upgrade would be offered, but this is definitely their low season.
Grand Residences-
169.00 Guest room, 2 Queen Room details valet parking 26/night Most other options except a pricy 2 bedroom involve sofabeds- which my 13 year old HATES
Timber lodge- All options involve a sofabed except the 2 bedroom.
Can't decide!
