I challenged them on it, and now they refuse to respond to my emails. Any thoughts?
I was pretty disappointed with IC Dusseldorf benefits to be honest. They do have a nice welcome gift, sometimes give a nice UG, but won't give you club access (various reports of being able to get club room in place of UG).

Those that do get the club though rave about it.
