Only 1. The benefit of having extra baggage allowances carry over to additional passengers on the same itinerary applies only to UA Premier statusholders. The Star Alliance benefit applies only to the Star Alliance statusholder.
Will you have 3 checked bags yourself? If not, then perhaps some of your sister's bags can be declared as your bags at the check-in counter.
