Another bag question. This appears at the bottom of my UA issued award ticket. AC does not charge for bags to SJU but I kind of expected to be charged SJU-BUF and LGA-YEG but this says otherwise. Can I rely on this? I suppose I could just show this to the agent if they try to charge me and hope they back off.
