Came over from PMUA. Only post 3/3 had my calls routed to PMCO Agents. I have been very lucky, 90% of my calls get routed to SLC or Home agent based in DEN. DEN Home agents are new United A-Team. In the same league as PMUA HNL IMHO .

Only DEN based Home Agent report to SLC. Not Tampa. They report to Houston. I have had couple Tampa based agents just after 3/3. They are Not bad, get the job done,they take extra time.
