Lo and behold, as I suspected, they had created a new account. So now begins the work of trying to get them to correct the situation.
so if you haven't received your avios yet, give RBC a call (1-800-ROYAL-1-2) and ask them what BAEC account number is associated with your visa account.
I must adobt your approach - no points showing up since signing up last March i think and massive spend.
