Rows 5 and 6 are more private, but it will be full, as NH flights tend to fill up from the front. I've been in that cabin before and haven't been bothered by the lavatory or galley (especially during the "night" portion of the trip), but the middle of the main cabin might be a safer bet if you're worried.
