Others in this thread suggested Barcode Scanner by Manatee Software. I got it for both my iPhone and my Droid Incredible 2. Works great with paper BPs; I could not get it to scan a mobile BP. It copies the string to the clipboard or you can send it via email. I've been able to see a pattern so far - a number "3" in a certain position in the string appears to indicate LLL. Search older pages in this thread for more discussion about this.
17/19 LLL at ORD since 3/2012. Love Pre-Check. More airports soon, please!
