For you as an individual that maybe true. Well, it is true because it is what you experience. For many others however it is not. I am not going to repeat again how else you can use the social channel. That has been done many times by many people in this thread. If you really want to know you can look it up. You may or may not believe that an organisation as big as BA already has a problem sifting through the email they get. It is actually easier to sift through social.
