When other shuttles have been moved it will likely have clear airspace and circle around the city at low altitue for people to see it.
This is LA so conditions should be fine unless there is heavy smog or wildfires going on nearby.
Also, this is LA, so the city is fairly widespread. I hope they fly everywhere, from Malibu down to Long Beach.
