My shipment from PetCareRx arrived with a damaged box. One corner had ripped open about 5". I took photos of the box and they agreed to accept the return with no 15% restocking fee.

I expect I'll lose my points (as well I should, no beef there) but at least I'm not stuck with $500 of impulsively purchased goods!
