Has anyone had any success or issues bringing a toddler car seat on a SAS flight? We really wanty to bring this to help her feel more comfortable and hopefully be able to get some sleep.

It's not so much an issue of having it be FAA approved, but an issue with ANY car seat having a height of more than 18" which is SAS height limit on car seats (according to their policy on their website). If this is enforced you would pretty much not be able to use any car seat for a child older than 9-12 mths on a SAS flight.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
There is not the only issue of in-flight use, there may also be an issue of use on the ground.

Do you expect to be able to use the car seat in Sweden? I was under the impression that most children that age are required to travel in a rear-facing car-seat when in a private or hired self-driven vehicle in Sweden.
