you're right Keyser...really miss the old Jet...but im not sure whether they would retain that old sheen anytime soon...but i feel they are trying very hard....i had some service issues with them and couple of days later i get a call from them apologising and informing me that they have upgraded me from silver to gold....it was a pleasant surprise but im sure people's assessment is more on case to case basis....here i must admit their call centres are pathetic.
