Can anyone confirm this? I just got my Ink Bold closed after inactivity of 6 months. Wasn't the policy 2 years? This is a bit ridiculous because I keep some cards for traveling, sometimes that will cause inactive periods for 6 months.?

Chase doing this makes zero sense.

Can anyone confirm this applies to personal cards as well? Or just Business charge cards?
